We started providing servicing for leading brands’ products.
Today we are a reliable business partner with a wide range of integrated services for the IT industry.

In 1997 we started providing servicing for leading brands’ products.

We specialized in incident management, and the National Service Center Network (NCS) was created.

In the early years we gained a substantive degree of recognition in the market, growing alongside the leading brands we serviced.

The high prestige we built in the manufacturer segment paved the way to sign the first few agreements with the corporate and government segments.

Between 2004 and 2005 we got our processes certified under international standard ISO 9001:2000 and we created our Electronic Engineering Laboratory.

With a solid reputation as Outsourcing and Delivery Service providers, we positioned the company as a major reliable IT Service Partner.

Holding ISO 9001:2008 certification, we also applied best practices found in the COPC Standard for our Help Desk function, and ITIL practices for delivering Services.

At present we have two operating sites; one inside the Technology District in Buenos Aires featuring:
